Chad Whitaker is drinking a Benevolent Red by The Noble Fox at The Noble Fox
Very subtle cherry bread aroma. The body is, again, very light. Too light to provide any character, unfortunately. The subtle fruity cherry note, the subtle bready, almost toasty. It could be nice, but there’s very little substance.

Chad Whitaker is drinking The Noble Fox Stout by The Noble Fox at The Noble Fox
Very subtle roasty coffee aroma is… too subtle. The body is light, a bit thin, dark chocolate notes as well. All around way too light, especially for the style. Damn.

Subtle chocolatey aroma. Body is light, & a bit thin. But it seems to be on the tap side of things? It doesn’t seem like the beer isn’t there, but it’s not. The carb is very soft as well. The dark chocolate & smooth feel are nice though.

Chad Whitaker is drinking a Farmer's Reserve Plum by Almanac at SF Uncork'd
Bright, tart plum aroma is legit. The body is a bit rounder than the aroma, but that plum tartness is still there sizzling on top of subtle sweet plum pie. The feel is light & drinkable, the finish is dry & leaves you wanting more. Awesome!

Earthy, piney aroma. The body is a nice balance between subtle sweet biscuit underneath a big dollop of piney, resiny hops on top. Classic WC DIPA, bombastic & overbooped. Love it.
