Chad Polenz is drinking The Château by de Garde Brewing
Nose is a lovely potent fruity bouquet of green fruits and a little tropical. But taste is intense lactic acidity and sourness. Fruit is mostly background as is wood. Medium body; very crisp due to high CO2. Briefly refreshing with a tart, dry aftertaste.

Nice to have a coffee and maple syrup porter that tastes wholly authentic. I’d say the coffee is the star of the show: lovely dark roast with accompanying bitterness. Maple is sweet not cloying. Med-full body; smooth; mod-low CO2. Easily drinkable at 7%

This is an old school west coast style as it’s mostly orange and lemon aromas and flavor. Little pineapple and no grassy/peppery finish. Low bitterness. Body is medium-light and lacks the fluffiness (and foam retention) of a true hazy; moderate CO2.

Chad Polenz is drinking a Non-Alcoholic Cerveza Con Limon by Untitled Art
Reminds me of a purposely mild/watery blonde ale. Seems a little wheaty. I get more lime than lemon though it does have a citrusy motif for sure. The salt adds a bit of a tang. This is akin to a virgin margarita. Light body; fairly high CO2. Crushable.

Strong black cherry; grape, crackerjack and licorice flavors. It’s quite bitter with earthy/spicy hops. The bourbon and barrel are surprisingly subtle. The 13.8% helps clean up the finish and warm the throat. Full-ish body; smooth texture; low CO2.
