Perfect example of a coffee/maple beer. 3 years old and still banging. Maple covered dates on the nose. On the palate there's a nice toasted brown sugar, molasses, roasted dried cayenne, dried espresso bean, dried date, oak, and subtle booze. Beautiful!

Huge cookie dough nose. Nice barrel, almond, and chocolate chip cookie aroma. Light-medium mouthfeel. Easy sipping. Flavor and booze. Nice creamy chocolate almond with a soft sugary finish. Not bad for a distro ba pastry boi.

This batch was pretty tasty. Cans are holding on well. Creamy subtle ripe mango, sweet mandarin orange, and a great finish of lightly zesty lime on the finish. Been a minute since I sat down and I dissected a hazy boi. The cheeks are always worth it. Wink

LCI from yesterday. This disappointed me. I wanted spicy chocolate complexion. It was sweeter than I'd want but it's draft and I'm hoping bottles will be better.

Interesting nose. Almonds, tropical fruit, stinky vanilla, and roast. Pleasantly surprised on the palate. Sugary banana, roasted nuttiness, subtle chocolate malt, and a nice vanilla sweetness rounds it out. Really good!
