Pours thickish, brandy barrels on the nose, malty chocolate at first, lots of brandy barrel notes on the finish. Quite boozy. Nice.

As a sour this is tops. It’s literally a raspberry ripple ice cream with a bit of amaretto. It’s sour and doing everything it says on the tin. Outstanding.
