Hoppy then a dry finish. Nose is papaya. Taste is papaya and grapefruit with some grassy notes. Been one of my favorite brewers for a long time.

Seems appropriate but this was canned 8/22/23. Bitter. Not many flavors to note. My son left it in the fridge and found tonight. Not terrible for the age. Lots of aftertaste. Papaya. It probably deserves higher rating. I will find one fresher

When I first opened it it was almost like derby pie with a extended bourbon finish. As it warmed it got more like an oatmeal cookie. Very sweet. I don’t think you would want to bottle age that one more than six months.
