Howard is drinking a 10,000 Steps (Batch 3) by Private Press Brewing at City Beer Store
Lots of maple sweetness but also a lot of dryness as it warms. Roasted malts, dark fruits, but rather harsh finish.
Howard is drinking an Infinitefinite by Highland Park Brewery at Toronado
Molten dark chocolate as it warms, but mostly dark fruit (raisins/figs) from barrels. On the sweet side, but boozy harshness emerges as it warms.

So delicately floral it’s like being in a hop garden. Mellower than even the Elder imo, but would make sense given the average age of American presidents these days. Younger > Elder > President for me, but honestly it’d depend on weather and my mood.
Howard is drinking a Cuvée de Chocolatier: Strawberry by WeldWerks Brewing Co. at Untappd at Home
Freeze-dried strawberry on palate, and lacing that you almost feel like you’re drinking chocolate fondue. That could both be a pro & a con. Only complaint is that it gets more sour as it warms, tough to decide if I prefer this over Medianoche sweetness.

Honestly underrated, and serious restraint from the North Park boys. Watery when cold but hop bouquet opens up as it warms. Crushable, I’d describe it as a milder Pliny for President.
