Yep, that’s a killer. Soft peach, medium tartness, nice grain quality. Cherries and grapes, too, looks like? Definitely a fruit-forward brew.
Paying my respects. What a loss! I’m glad there will still be Brutalist beers brewed elsewhere, but this was a real gem. Going to miss this place.
