Great coffee, chocolate, and vanilla notes. The coconut is missing for me, however. Like a chocolate coffee truffle. Very tasty, even without the coconut presence.

Oh man, a sleeper here. I believe this is my first Elani-hopped beer, and with this flavor it may be near the top of my list of favorite hops. Big tangerine notes along with pineapple, mango, and a touch of smokiness. Big fan.

I get a lot of cinnamon for some reason, which I’m ok with. It could be from the barrel. Coffee’s good, pepper flavor’s good, chocolate’s good. The barrel aging is lost, save maybe some alcohol heat and maybe the cinnamon. I’d like to get more bourbon.
