Chocolate with burnt sugar. It reminds me of crème brûlée. Nice and fairly easy to drink. Pretty sweet, but not overly thick. Can't identify any cheesecake.

Such a lovely pilsner. 🙂 Plentily hopped with great citrus flavor. Light and crushable with lots of flavor. Could've had slightly more bitterness, but that's just nitpicking.
