Gazz (Roaming the Ridings) is drinking a Rhubarb & Custard by Brass Castle Brewery at Walmgate Ale House and Bistro
Gazz (Roaming the Ridings) is drinking a Triple Hop by Brunswick Brewing Company at The Rook and Gaskill Beerhouse
Crisp and lightly malty with a forward bitter English hoppy astringency and plenty of fruitiness. Nice to have a proper Golden Ale with some bitterness.
Gazz (Roaming the Ridings) is drinking a Citra by Oakham Ales at The Waggon & Horses
Lovely pint of Citra as well kept as to be expected at the Waggon.
Gazz (Roaming the Ridings) is drinking a Whippet by Double-Barrelled Brewery at Miðgarð Brewhouse
Toasty and malty with a hint of burnt caramel. A few months past it's best before but still an ok beer.
Fairly standard DDH IPA citrus aromas but a lot more going on with the flavour. Sweet honey with an underlying herbal bitterness and a fresh crisp citrus finish. A great historical inspired beer for the modern pallet.
