Frosted dank flakes. Kinda meringue-y, but veers into grapefruit and southern hemisphere hop spice. Soft and frothy. A mineral streak helps keep the sweet body in check. Great contrast and complexity. 4.6

Was expecting something dank, but this is not. It’s moderately tropical and juicy. A little bit of fruit cup syrup. Somewhat sweet.
Checks all the boxes of a Flander Red, but a bit out of balance. Oaky, savory, tart, acetic-tangy, but a bit too acidic and the flavors don’t meld together that well. Also I prefer more of a sweet/savory play, this is more dry.
