Still fresh to sours and pastry types, but this was really neat to experience. The front of the mouth sour was nice, and tame enough to let the key lime pie flavors shine. Lots of good flavors make this fun to drink

Quite possibly a new favorite. Light on the coriander compared to other trippels I've enjoyed, and now I'm wishing that was the default. Lots of dark and smooth flavors to enjoy while still enjoying the familiar brightness of a Belgian.
