Steve Buckingham is drinking a Fundamental Frequency by Cloudwater Brew Co. at Northern Monk Refectory // MCR
Aroma is grapefruit and dank and that translates into the flavour. Body is thick and smooth with a coating dry mouthfeel. It’s a bit 1 dimensional and has a hoppy, or is it green 🤔 bitter long lasting finish.

Steve Buckingham is drinking a Mango Crazy Pale by Seven Bro7hers Brewery at Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse
Mango on the nose and mango in the taste. It’s a little thin, but plenty of mango flavour, sweet but with a bit of a hoppy finish.

Steve Buckingham is drinking a ChubblesÂł: Enhanced (2024) by Cloudwater Brew Co. at Unit 9 Cloudwater Taproom
After several iterations there are no surprises with Chubbles. Aroma is tropical pineapple but it leaves you in no doubt as to the hop & alcohol level. Big body, smooth & thicc, let it warm a while. This is fresh, still a little green, a slow burner.

Steve Buckingham is drinking a Chubbles 53°N (2024) by Cloudwater Brew Co. at Unit 9 Cloudwater Taproom
It’s Chubbles time and it’s on cask which gives it a super soft thick and creamy body. The usual pineapple vibe but less so than keg and a strong hop flavour with a green twang and a never ending finish.
Purchased at Unit 9 Cloudwater Taproom
Refreshing and zippy. Big peach and rhubarb flavours on a tart and sour body and a long fruity dry finish.
