Pretty solid blueberry sour. Fairly dry but has enough acidity to let the blueberry come out. Smooth delivery of berry flavor in this wild ale. Touch of spicy oak in the finish adds some depth. The fruited wild ales from de Garde are always solid. Not bad

I wasn’t a huge fan of this. I usually like cherry sours but this one came off a bit sharp & acidic. The cherry flavor itself wasn’t bad but the acidity was higher than I liked. The cognac barrel added a mildly sharp boozy edge that didn’t help soften it

Really solid BA stout. Def should have had this before the heavily adjuncted one. Solid riser up front w light chocolatey essence. Mildly sweet bourbon profile. Touch of booze & a lot of oak spice. Slightly dryish in finish. Solid flavor, not a standout.

Pretty solid stout but a bit muddy overall. Thick & rich roasty base. Had huge barrel presence. Lots of adjuncts but they get lost a bit. Some coconut w big vanilla presence. I don’t get any strawberry. Huge barrel brings bourbon sweetness in finish.
Bottle
This was pretty tasty. Mild hazelnut coffee nose. Rich malt profile w big roast that blends into cacao nibs. Hazelnut flavor comes through w coffee/vanilla/marshmallow notes. Solid barrel flavor w mild bourbon. Doesn’t go too sweet. Good adjuncts & barrel
