A month past the sell by date but still drinks well. Pours cloudy, so I assume its unfiltered, perhaps pasteurize as well. Malt imparts a soft bees wax or paraffin quality and a supple, medium body that's a little heftier than what the color suggests.

Mild-moderate oxidation provides subtle almond-skin layered over rich, well-integrated mocha espresso and cocoa. The lightest hint of dried plum. Rich, yet dry/smooth finish. Barrel character is mellow, but opens-up. Developed nicely over the years.
Dialed-in and delightful. Wispy sulfurous note blends effortlessly into likely evolving hop bouquet, but, at present, suggestive of green citrus zest, melon, and pear. Supple body and super clean finish. So Crushable, its fetishistic (step on me, Daddy).
