Left one. TIPA that screams “dank, overripe fruit and explosive citrus.” DDH hop fused TIPA with Mosaic (Incognito + Lupomax) and Nelson Sauvin. Very sharp, biting citrus goodness but the flavor may be too intense for those under 65. I’m 67.

Last one, on the right. Mild sweetness and nice vinous notes from Nelson hops. Galaxy also lends it some grapefruit, orange and tropical citrus 🏝️. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel.

Third one in flight. Peach, pineapple, grapefruit and resinous hoppy traits from Idaho 7 hops. Idaho 7 gives it juicy tropical fruit and citrus notes (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black pepper.

Second one from left. 100% Riwaka hops, providing lilikoi and grapefruit, with mild sweetness and herbality. There’s also a good pine expression.

On the right. Delicious Imperial Milk Porter with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Vertigo Coffee’s Mission Blend with “dark chocolate and roasted almond mellowed by a zesty citrus and honey sweetness.” This porter was one of my favorites.
