This Witbier probably has all of the good notes and attributes that I would expect BUT, it is too sweet to my palate. If it were dryer, I would surely give it a higher rating. The overly sweet aftertaste was a bit disappointing to me, despite all.

German Pilsener with 4.8% ABV, 30 IBU and 3 SRM. Medium carbonation, light body, biscuity malts, not as crisp as expected. Aftertaste with subtle sweet notes of cookie dough and honey. It would benefit from a bit extra hops to balance it.

New England IPA (NEIPA) with 6.2% ABV, 50 IBU, 5 SRM. 2-Row, wheat and oats malts. Citra, Mosaic, Chinook and Cascade hops. Tropical notes of pineapple, mango, passion fruit and some citrus. Balanced, sessionable, perfect for spring/summer.
