Impy nightcap. All 10% of it....and wowzers. It's strong. Sweet. Sticky. Smooth. Loads of coffee, making it rich and roasty. Sweetness from the chocolate and liquor. Maybe too much sweetness tbh. It's nice but not brilliant. This'll help me sleep.

Early nightcap as absolutely goosed. So a northern Irish stout seems appropriate as I watch the Ulster men in the ruggers. Gorgeous coconut in a thin bodied stout. It's a little thin and slightly acidic but enjoyable enough. Coconut in booze works so well
