Pulled from my "cellar" (under my guest bed)... Beer is now 12 years old... showing it's age. Minor amount ofoxidation . Still an excellent beer after all those years. Not boozy inspite of the ABV. Bitter chocolate and mild coffee flavors.

Perhaps my favorite of their vanilla Impys so far. Strong vanilla flavor and aroma... fruity. Solid Impy base, of course.

Updated rating... This is now 2 years old and some aging has helped. No metallic taste this time and the intense dark chocolate has "rounded", but is still the dominant flavor. Still has the mild habanero burn, which I enjoy.
