2nd Cellar Society release of 2024. On the nose is maple, molasses, and Bourbon. The taste brings tobacco, coconut, maple, and hints of Grenadine. Some boozy Bourbon in the finish with a little almond into the aftertaste. Very interesting and unique beer.

2 yrs ago I hated it......I still do.
Almost a peanut butter like nose with chocolate & vanilla notes. Very dark chocolate tasting up front. Some sweet cream, vanilla, and Graham cracker notes follow. Light Bourbon Barrel character in the back as well as the finish.
