Biscuit malt with some (local!) oat, this cute cooperative-brewed session ale is really nice. A mild but honest hoppiness, a light body of course but far from thin, and a neat drinkability.

Specially brewed for the « Au fil du Bocq » Belgian trail. Belgian blond ale with added rosemary. I am always dubious about spiced ales and well, this one does the job OK. With a hint of citrus, very weak hoppiness, not complex yet drinkable

« Winied » Berliner weisse, enjoyable and refreshing. A hint of red fruit in there of course, and mildly sour.
