It's okay. A little too sweet, and without a lot of classic saison flavors. Some citrousy orange and some light floral notes. Good for a couple on a rainy night, but lacking.

Beautiful, elegant, ginger beer. Lavender is expertly balanced with the hibiscus and ginger. Sweet, and a little heat from the ginger. Floral, herbal, hints of jasmine, with vegetal undertones. This is ginger beer at it's finest.

Pineapple coming through the most up front. The more delicate kölsch fruitiness sneaks in near the end along with the juicy acidity. Surprisingly refreshing and summery.
