I guess count me as not so big a fan of Dark Matter. Prunes, soy sauce. Expected more with a Willett barrel.

Cocoa and coffee works just fine. Dark Matter is OK. I find the body a little light but overall it’s a decent vessel for adjuncts and barrel treatments.

Has a pretty intense peat. I’m good for one scotch barrel aged beer. Bit too overpowering.

Always nice to have a Hills although they’ve really lost their spot as the best brewer in the world. This beer is decent. Mild cocoa and medium mouthfeel.
