Pretty classic amber, with nice cinnamon and baking spice notes from the Amburana wood. Caramel malt and a little bit of fruitiness pairs very nicely with those drier spices. Amburana was a cool choice and executed well.

Kind of orange in color. Served with an orange slice and I'm mostly getting fresh orange juice on the nose. Easygoing wheat, not a lot of the "fluffiness" I usually associate with a hefeweizen, but still refreshing.

Hop forward, but very crisp finish. Not getting a lot of the lime leaves is brewed with, but a lime wedge would probably go very nicely with this. Nice clarity and brightness.

Really bright and refreshing floral and citrus flavors. Ruby red grapefruit prominent on the nose and white flower on the palette, with the right amount of citrus oil hop bitterness.
