Good stuff! Lightly sweet brown bread leads, w/ fruity medium roast cold brew, singed bread crust, understated dark choc, & enveloping caramel mid-palate, & generous, earthy hops dominating @fin. Crisp, w/ crushable mouthfeel. Moderately full mouthfeel.

Very nice! Bourbon, smooth caramel, & sprinkle of brown sugar lead, w/ fig, vanilla crème, milk choc, molasses, plum, hint of raisin, & whiskey-induced marshmallow mid-palate, & dark cherry & less distinct dark dried fruit @fin.

Tasty! Dried apricot & hint of honey sweetness carry the fore, w/ mellow grapefruit & touch of bubblegum mid-palate, & resin & lightly doughy, cracker-y malt late. Exceptional flavor balance across the taste arch. 4.4.
Tad T: Dangerously smooth @10.25% ABV, w/ subtle bitterness much more restrained than par for a west coast triple. 3/19 bottle showing no drop in quality @32 days.

Tasty! Indistinct yellow peach & mango lead, w/ sprinkle of lemongrass & quickly trailing heavily spiked OJ mid-taste, & distinct papaya, lightly vegetal hoppy bite, & caramel-hinted doughy malt to close. Deliciously boozy, w/ 10.2% ABV on full display.
Tad T: Crushable, w/ mouthfeel closer to a DIPA than a triple. 3/28 can (21 days old). 4.3.
Tad T: Soft, full, lightly creamy mouthfeel. Thoroughly enjoyable, but leaning a bit mellow for my tastes.
