Brighter, less earthy, more bitter than V2. I do agree with others that V2 is thicker. They’re both great. I’m not going to declare a winner. That fact that they’re both sub 8% is pretty crazy too. I don’t think any brewery experiments more than TH.

I love the idea of this series. Galaxy is a fickle hop. I feel like this is a full display of Galaxy the last few years. I remember back when galaxy was bright in color and straight pineapple juice. This shows the more earthy side. Full, nice and creamy.

Man, I love all these low ball check in’s. Find me a 6.1% SIPA that has this much body and flavor else where. Seems like if ain’t a TIPA, you may as well not drink it. This is excellent. PS provides the juice and the Azzaca some bitterness. 👌
