Another wonderful NEIPA from Torrance, CA! Enigma give some herbal and spiced hints to the classic Citra notes. Nice bitter finish. Crazy stuff! Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I confirm that at least Monkish beers seem to be better on can than on tap!

Juicy, smooth and tasty as f*ck! Citra+Motueka at their best in a NEIPA take. It's truly exciting to have the chance to drink at home certain US masterpieces in this amazing shape: it was impossible just a few years ago. It feels like being in California!

Chris Campbell: Fab f. I'll get whatever beers that are available to me if you want them. I can get Xul Brewing from Knoxville easily & i get over to Asheville, NC. Burial is the best of the beers from over there, but many,many other breweries in Asheville to choose from

Monkish mixed session 2/4: Like the previous IPA but with a more important, long, progressive yet always elegant bitterness. This time too I suspect that in a can it would have been even more incisive and intense. Maybe it's just my impression, but...

Fab formeg: Sandro N. Ottima! Ma ribadisco la mia impressione: queste bombe hoppy americane le preferisco in latta, nonostante stiamo parlando del servizio in uno dei migliori pub italiani (quindi la variabile linea sporca/fusto maltrattato è esclusa).

Very soft, velvety, but not as tasty as you'd expect. That something that makes an excellent beer a memorable one is missing. These bombs served on tap often lose some brightness, I prefer them on can. As for Monkish we'll have the counter-proof shortly.

Smooooooth and juiiiiiicy! But not inconsistent at all, indeed with a relatively bitter finish capable of balancing the sweetness. By now you know that I prefer more extreme things, but in its sub-style (NEDIPA) this beer is absolutely flawless.
