Beautiful day to open a brewery. This one looks like a traditional NEIPA, but has limited aroma or hop flavor up front. There is also an astringent bite on the finish. Not my favorite.

SweetWater is normally a go to IPA. Not this one. Too sweet and candy tasting. I am not sure if it supposed to taste like a Gummie or you need to eat a gummie before drinking it. The clarity was excellent with a pretty foam.
