I can’t tell you how long this has been in my cellar, but I know I bought it standing in line at the first location. My feelings on pasty stout have changed since then, but this is a great beer that hides 15% like a boss. Diabetes coming though.

Cellar check (2017). Still love this beer. Oxygen-absorbing cap is bubbled—never seen that before, but glad it works! Deep dark chocolate and coffee pound the sides of the tongue. Fairly carbonated, silky smooth. Not sticky, so much better with age!
