A Citra-hopped, Vienna lager. This hop really lends itself fairly well to a sweeter Vienna style lager. Not cloyingly sweet for the citrus.

Juicy, yet piney. Tropical with mild notes of citrus. Great hop schedule and decidedly malty enough to back it up. Great Pale Ale.

Strong tropical aroma and flavor with papaya being the most prominent. A bit subdued on the hop side, but overall a wellbalanced beer.
Intensely ginger nose with a malty, sweet flavor profile. Very smooth balance between the ginger spice and the malt flavors. Delicious beer.
