At CAMRA AGM, Dundee. This is just lovely. A red ale 3.9abv bursting with fruity hop aroma. Sweetish caramel malt and Berry fruit notes in flavor, leading to a gentle bitter but growing dryness in finish.

I like the hops to speak to me in an IPA, these are a bit laid back. Sweetish biscuit malt and citrus hop with lemon notes, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

What can I say. This beer is lush. Full bodied sweet malt and spicy hop and at 7%abv just ticks all the boxes. Yummy!!!!

My first hazy, a recipe from Mike Gerhart of Dogfish in Delaware. Really smooth hop forward blonde with chamomile and honey. Brewed 40pints for summer but not going to last till then. Wow!!!
