Taste is somewhat sweet, almost sugary. Fruity notes mostly pineapple and tangerine. There is a hint of malt, and that last dash of piney. This will make anybody ride the wave.🌊

The flavors are strong of bourbon and whiskey. Toffee and black molasses and cherry/fig/dates/ Carmel/vanilla. But less heat than I would normally experience from a barleywine. Awesome barleywine.

Mouthfeel is good, soft, and supported by solid carbonation. The first thing I noticed was papaya and mango, orange. Earthy and a strong malt base. A nice balance of carbonation and flavors.
