This is fire. Normally, I'm not a fan of Simcoe. But it's tempered here by the Citra and Mosaic. It's sweet, melony, and just a bouquet of flavors. What I'm not excited about is having to wear cocktail attire next week.

This is a solid black IPA. Sweet and hoppy over a really nice toasty base. So balanced.
