Yes, I sometimes do drink Belgian beer! And this was an excellent refreshing choice with lunch on a hot 33°C April day. Be it paired with traditional Spanish gazpacho soup or as here an inventive tomato curry, they blended beautifully in a tandem tango.

This was my target tonight and it's playing some tricks with my tongue. Initially too much candy, then complex weedy hops, and finally a calibrated focus of both. A beer that gives food for thought (& throat) and keeps entertaining throughout the pint.🍺
