Very very mellow. Hazy coloring and smooth drinking. Very little hop bite or flavor beyond it though. Mucho mucho mucho better than a lawnmower beer. Anything these folks do on a bad day is a ten-fold over a Budweiser or Coors.

More sweet than expected. Nice porter however.

Sweet and a wee heavy, nice malts and plenty of flavor on the way down.

Thoroughly unique. The salt and lime gives it a sour-salt pucker, but there’s a nice little spicy heat on the slide down. Though it doesn’t linger. Creative crowd, this gang is.
This may be the first helles I’ve had that reminded me the brew is a lager with a malty backbone. The Bosque brewers did a great job adhering to the traditional German lager and crafting a helles maltier variant. Well done, NM; well done.
