This is a pretty badass sour, named after the big monster Wolf in Norse mythology and made with Lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) from real wolves. Feels more gose than Berliner weisse with a slight salty touch. Nice one! Thanks for the beer Mikael !👍

Well made session with classic zesty citrus and mango notes. Somehow both creamy and crisp with a nice grassy bitterness. Goes down in a blink, nice one!

Working on the table beer badge with my first ever table beer. Hard to imagine any other use of this beer but food beer. Tastes a bit like a watered down apricot radler. Was good with my peanut sauce chicken skewers though.

Well made, thick, strong, creamy basic stout with lots of roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, dark rye bread and a syrupy sweetness. The fact that it bears the name of the singer of W.A.S.P makes it even cooler! Love it!
