Pete Lay is drinking The Burden by Third Moon Brewing Company
DIPA, kindly shared FOC from the chap at Braslou Biere! Really pale thick looking pour, surprisingly not as smooth as pour suggested. Soft aroma with a slightly metallic edge, punchy dank flavours added in taste but a bit over-hopped and ‘burny’.

Strong Belgian ale, drunk fresh at taproom. Golden pour, a little foam. Light in aroma, but taste packs a bigger punch - big malty sharp bitterness, especially in slightly sour boozy clovey banana finish. Refreshingly carbonated, dry and lots of flavour.

Drunk at taproom, told a hazy NE IPA that settled! Lovely foamy pour, golden, carbonated - looks like a great lager! Some fruit in aroma, hint of tropical. Well flavoured, initial hint of sweet then malty dry bitter hops. (Touch of banana in dry finish!)
Pete Lay is drinking a Blood of Braslou by Braslou Biere
Red(ish) IPA, drunk fresh at taproom. Dark golden pour, clean and sparkly. Quite light malty and slightly resinous aroma. Good depth of flavour, with bitter, piney (bit like West C IPA) and floral tones (told hibiscus in brew). Easy refreshing and tasty.
Session pale ale. Golden clean pour, a little sweet citrus in aroma. Taste quite light but soft slightly sweet malt before a gently bitter dry hoppy finish. A touch watery. Smooth and easy, pleasant enough but nothing that interesting.
