May 2020 bottle. Description I wrote when I first had 4yrs ago still fits: "Luscious creamy texture. Bright cherry flavour that went from sweet to tart. A hint of funkiness". Maybe a little less tart and a bit more funk? Still excellent.

2019 bottle. Has aged nicely. Feels like it is more wild ale territory than saison now with rich vinous , lychee, and dragon fruit notes. A mild tartness in the back. Thanks very much Jay !

Happy Saison Day! Rustic orchard fruit (pear, esp) upfront. Spice is dialed down. Still some fruitiness and just a hint of hay. Some bitterness in the finish.
