Give yourself a favour: plant a fig tree. Dry figs (a lot). Make a mead (with rape honey). Add the dry figs to the mead after fermentation. Wait (hardest part). Enjoy.

Only one bottle left. Now it has vanilla notes. Fuck, I was impatient. This mead was a milestone in my homebrewer journey. I'm gonna listen to the Machine Head track from which it got its name. Nümetal 4ever 🤟
