Andrew Lord: Un-scored because Talus. Good brewing though, undoubtedly (if you ignore the choice of hop-bill).

Skin-on green melon added to a M&S tropical fruit salad, scattered with a few jelly tots & a gentle whiff of sulphur on the nose; taste adds surprisingly bitter herbal notes, with desiccated coconut atop waxy oaty malts; then coconut, melon & bitter herbs
Andrew Lord is drinking an Ensemble by Wiper And True at The Bishops Cave
Creamed coconut scattered with pithy tangerine segments, slivers of grapefruit peel & fresh cut sawdust on a big bowl of grannies potpourri on the nose; taste is better, tangerine marmalade adds a piquancy, but wood, cream, coconut & potpourri dominates.

Tangy white grapes, a few gooseberries & the skins roughly chopped & stirred into runny but very zesty orange curd, scattered with pepper & torn aromatic leafy herbs & generously sploshed with oaky white wine nose; & to taste, atop soft, waxy, oaty malts.
Earned the Das Boot (Level 48) badge!Andrew Lord: Has I had this before the Chubbles 53°N it might have been a 4.1. But then the Chubbles 53°N would have had to have been a 4.3. Which, to be fair, doesn’t seem unreasonable.
Andrew Lord is drinking a Chubbles 53°N (2024) by Cloudwater Brew Co. at Beer Shop | St Albans
Muddy green melon skin, chopped tangy white grapes & a few jelly tots scattered over pulped passionfruit on the Galaxy-ish nose; taste is much more Nelson/Enigma-ish, solventy, herbal & vinous, atop pillowy (almost ephemeral) oaty malts; then grape & pine
A very simple, but very well brewed, cask pale ale tasting of grated grapefruit peel infused orange jelly scattered with petals.
