Gently air-dried blueberry puree & skin-on yuzu/grapefruit flesh, scattered with hibiscus flowers on the nose; taste is tart yuzu, floral hibiscus, gummy blueberry & hints of gooseberry atop nutty malts; then blueberry jam, clotted cream & crushed yuzu.
