Thanks Gaston P. - tasty barleywine, with fairly aggressive apple brandy notes. Definitely hits the apple pie profile.

Bordering on a 4.5 - this was really good. Honey is there, but it’s subtle and definitely adds to a very solid, hazy base.

Not sure why there are separate entries for this one, but in any case - it’s a complex and delicious barleywine, with what I can only describe as some slight sharpness on the finish. Probably from the red wine barrel aging regimen?
