Bittersweet, a bit sparse with mild bubblegum, apple esters and a bready, toasty aroma and a dry finish. It’s a dubbel, and nothing to complain about here.

Not what I was expecting from a tripel, but cool! Styles are meant to be broken. A particularly spicey, herby, brownish dark beer. A lot going on. I’m impressed and would be happy to come back to it again.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. Funky with notes of leather, citrus, and barnyard, yet the base beer maltiness and spice still is present, bit of body and sweetness as well. A treat to have a wild beer somehow make its way from Belgium to Vietnam today.
