Greg R is drinking a Chain Reaction by Huisstekerij H.ertie at Brasserie Gregoire
It’s a hybrid of wild ale and older lambic and both components come though. Lemon-lime. Fairly acidic. Some of that sweet dark vintage lambic caramel as it warms up. 4.2

Tart, lemony, a little briny, refreshing. For an unoaked grisette this is extremely well executed.

I cannot believe how good this was. And this much flavor with only 4.4%, you’ve got to be kidding me. Crazy vitamin aroma, crisp, so easy to drink. Best Pilsner I’ve had from an American brewery.
Greg R is drinking a Some Soft Returning by Otherlands Beer
Aroma blew me away. Lovely head retention and mouthfeel. Biscuits, bready, yeasty goodness. Otherlands is so far ahead of any other American brewery for this style it’s ridiculous. If Otherlands isn’t on your radar it needs to be. Holy smokes

Lemon and green apple on the backend that throws off the balance. Not drinking as well as I would have hoped for. 3.9
