Waited 2 yrs! Wasn’t paying attention; gushed out can, spill in pic is overflow. Deep caramel malt spectacular! Closer to English Barleywine but does have some bitter hop. Bourbon is med light. Hold sip in mouth helps. 6700th beer on my 10th anniversary!

Great dry crisp Saison base beer!! The aging on oak is fantastic! You get wood but not the darker flavors in bourbon or wine. Some pine resin flavor too.

Even though this also has roasty coffee notes, I like better than standard Dunkel. It is smoother. Almost black color.

Fairy rough finish for IPL. LOTS of earthy hop flavor with deep caramel and grainy malt backbone. Red copper cloudy hue.

Whoa! BIG DESSERT BEER! Loads of layers of flavor. Chocolate, maple, vanilla. Yum! A bit sweet makes this only a sipper. 11%?! Hidden very well!!

Really nice! More like dessert beer. Slight metallic but I get that from Shiner, maybe minerals in their water. Like the chocolate trail mix! Carbs and milk chocolate, yum!

Boozy dark chocolate aroma, pleasant! Low CO2, prolly crowler. Not as hot as aroma, good thing! Quite nice sweet up front but ends with a twinge of roast astringency and dark chocolate. Feels more like Baltic Porter, good nonetheless! Good job!

Really enjoyable IPA! The double fry hop is not overdone, just provides fresh citrus hop smooth texture too. Very hazy, yet looks really good!

Well done!! It it quite milky, big brew and flavorful! Enough bitter to not be stout. So good! Almost maple syrup flavor.

Nice and crisp! Clean beer with a touch of hop bite in end. Slight chill haze. Malty stars to build but not heavy. High CO2.

Really good! A touch sweet. Flowery and bright fruit flavors. Not hoppy enough. Still enjoyable.

Now that’s a nice craft Helles lager I can get behind. A touch hazy and slightly darker yellow than pils. Thick white head and loads of CO2! Body is slightly above med so wouldn’t drink all day. Sweet finish, turns crisp, slight bitter.

Really nice! Love the heat, cinnamon and chipotle. Milky too! Love the Nitro creaminess. Sooo dark but excellent.

Well, it’s an old bottle and sediment was a rock. Very oxidized. Can’t rate cuz it’s not fair.

Very nice! Pink orange hue, clear! Lovely light aroma and crisp flavor. Some orange. I get the honey, not too sweet. Quite still tho for spritzer.

Holy smokes! Hop bitter way more than expected. Thin body and crisp. Just too harsh first addition.

Crisp & refreshing! Elderflower taste? I’m getting a peppery spice note, black & subtle green. After a few sips the malt builds. Mostly base with some biscuit. Pale yellow color with good CO2 level! After warms, cactus, poblano or mild jalapeño.
