[canned 12/13/23]Not really a cohesive, well-rounded RIS. But damned if it isn't good. Dark chocolate, cacao, and a roasty coffee slap. OAK;pervasive woodiness throughout. Then comes subtle oddities: a light smokiness, tobacco whiffs, toffee. Late whisky.

[pkgd 01/22/24] Off-the-charts drinkability. Uber refreshing. Bright, enticing nose followed by citrus*, stonefruit**, floral/fruity*** play, a smidge of pine & earthiness, and just the right malty backbone. An obviously thoughtful, well-crafted beer.

Brian T: *lemon, orange peel**apricot/peachy***berry-like hints, passionfruit; with some "flowery" notes, esp. at room temp. I'm a wet-hop "enthusiast" and this does border on that profile and presentation....borders, I say. Medium with an overall excellence!
