I am an IPA guy, and very seldom venture into the German roots of beer. This brew is incredible. Drinkable is an understatement. Less than 5 ABV and still has the dark color and so much character. I will look for this style in the future. Thank you Scott!

That is a serious contender for the best kolsch I’ve ever had. Entire experience is great. I don’t even try this style often because of let downs but this one surprised me. The yeast does it. And the dry bite, makes the next sip essential.
