Brown malt and bread crust character with a dry bakers cocoa flavor, which seems to accentuate the dryness. A lot of roast in the finish along with a mineral chalkiness and huskiness leave a really astringent sensation on my palate.

Tony Ketzer: Well they were kind of bought out partly by a conglomerate so I don't trust anything from them too much that's not one of the classics like Two Hearted which thankfully is still excellent!

Laughed when I read West Coast on the label and then see wheat and oats. That doesn’t really jive, nor does the lack of bitterness. Hazy/NE by every stretch. Soft, tangy/zesty lime, low orange citrus and coconut essence, moderate berry finish.
