Floral, citrus, piney aroma. Root beer, and black licorice along with some roast. Much of the same for finish as the aroma. Very tasty!

Very light malt body. Faint floral aroma. Crisp light lemon flavor, with a lasting clean, bitter finish.

Honey and clover bloom aromas. Very soft water with a touch of caramel that gives way to a popcorn flavor with a soft bitterness on the finish.

Different can this time - not getting any skunkiness this time. Earthy aroma, with a slightly zippy lemon flavor that gives way to a spicy bitter finish.

Milk chocolate with earthy roasty aromas. Mouthfeel is slightly thin, but smokiness 100% comes through on flavor. Finish is caramel and bitter from the roast. Amazing that this beer is 10+ years old!

Cream soda - with hint of black licorice. Also a mix of orangey citrus with grape too. Grassy on the finish. Thick, fluffy mouthfeel.

Authentic cherry - and some pie crust too. At room temperature, the cinnamon is too much, but slightly chilled is the right amount.

Slight roast with some caramel. Slight hop character that balances out the overall sweetness of the beer.

Really bitter and especially piney.

Very dry. No phenols or esters from the yeast. Seems to feature the malt profile.

Earthy aroma and nice clean - with a slight citrus flavor and finish.

Cold brew coffee with a touch of dry bean this year. More subtle flavors of the coffee are coming through like walnuts and citrus. I might adjust back the dry bean and cold brew level a little - maybe a touch heavy.

Like the sweet residual and the mouthfeel and flavor of nuttiness is forward this year.

Aroma is very fruity - citrusy with notes of strawberry, pineapple, and stone fruit too.

A bit muted on the banana - with some other fruity flavors. Very dry.

Canned on 11/16, so right at 2 weeks old. Red grapefruit and grape notes on a slightly malty base beer. Lasting bitter finish that is almost reminiscent of a west coast ipa. Thanks Rudy!
