The premiere of my new Dragon Slayer bottle opener. 🥰 This beer definitely needs time to open up. When cold, the flavors are so much lighter but warming up the character comes through big time. A tad too rough barrel and a bit too much RIS for me. Nice!

Surprisingly easy drinking when cold and I was actually expecting more character and roughness at first while sipping. Abv is hidden very well and drinkability is super good. The real character of this beer comes warmed up. Gets better and better! 🔥🔥

First thing to say: This is the very first real world class BA stout from FI. Secondly, barrel is a bit rough, but that quite typical for Rye Barrel. This is a thick boi! 💪🏻 I wonder what Jirka will do with high-class bourbon barrels in the future?
